Customers can submit complaints about orders, payments, refunds, disputes, account access, freelancer/client conduct, or platform safety through email, the Contact page, or the relevant order dispute/refund workflow.

Include your order ID, gig link, job link, account email, screenshots, files, and a clear description of the issue.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and review ordinary support matters within 7 business days.
Complex payment, fraud, compliance, refund, or dispute matters may take up to 15 business days or longer where third-party input is required.
